Before you Upload – Preparing your Brand Kit

Please make sure your Brand Kit is complete and professionally organized before uploading.
Treat it like a client handover — everything should be editable, clearly structured, and ready for another designer to continue working with.

1. Logo Suite

Include the main logo and all variations: vertical, horizontal, and a simplified logo icon (for example, for social media use).
All logo files must be editable vector files (AI or EPS). Avoid flattened or rasterized versions.

2. Color Palette

Provide a full color system including HEX, RGB, and CMYK values for each color.
Optional: include secondary or accent colors if they support the brand style.

3. Pattern (if applicable)

If the brand includes a pattern, create it as a seamless and editable Illustrator file.

4. Photography

Add 5–10 image references that fit the brand’s tone and mood.
Use external links (e.g. Unsplash, Pexels, Dropbox) so the images can be accessed directly.

5. Business Card Design

Include one business card design in Illustrator or InDesign format.
Make sure layers are clearly named and editable for easy customization.

6. Social Media Templates

Create 5–10 post templates and 5 story templates using a common design tool (e.g. Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Canva).
Templates should be easy to edit and aligned with the overall brand look.

7. Typography

Include the link to the font(s) used in the logo and across the design system.
Only use fonts that you created yourself or have a license allowing commercial logo use.

General Notes

  • Keep all brand elements consistent and visually cohesive.
  • Use clear, legible typography throughout your kit.
  • If you include external resources (e.g. fonts, photos, mockups), make sure all usage rights and download links are provided.
