Brands for Sale is the section of Braaands™ where independent designers offer complete, unused brand identities (logo, typography, colour system and guidelines) to founders and businesses. Buyers browse the finished identities, send the designer an enquiry and agree price, adaptations and licence directly with them. Braaands™ makes the introduction, takes no commission and handles no payment.

A ready-made brand identity is a complete visual identity — logo, typography, colour system, and usage guidelines — designed in full but never used by a company. It's adopted as a finished piece instead of commissioning a designer and going through a branding process from scratch.

Speed and certainty. A custom branding project typically runs weeks to months and the result isn't visible until it's finished. A ready-made identity is chosen after seeing exactly what it looks like, and pre-made identities usually cost less than custom work because the concept already exists.

Every identity has a starting price. You send the designer a short enquiry: your brand name, your industry, what you would like changed and when you need it. The designer decides on each enquiry and replies directly. Final price, adaptations and licence are agreed between the two of you. Braaands™ makes the introduction, takes no commission and handles no payment.

Designers can decline an enquiry without giving a reason, and an enquiry that isn't answered within seven days closes automatically. You are told either way, and it is not a judgement on your project. You can enquire about another identity at any time.

That depends on the identity, and each listing says so up front. It states whether colour and name adaptation is included and how many rounds of revisions the starting price covers. What you want changed for your own brand is part of your enquiry, and the designer prices anything beyond the listing separately, for example redrawing custom lettering for a different name.

Yes, every identity on Brands for Sale is offered exclusively: the buyer receives the exclusive usage rights, and the designer does not sell or license it again. Most of these identities were created as independent work and have been published online before, on social platforms, design sites or blogs. Even though it is exclusive from the point of purchase onwards, earlier images can't be removed from the internet.

No. Sellers confirm that they created the identity themselves, that it wasn't generated by AI, and that they hold the rights to sell it. Whether a name or mark can be registered for your business is a separate question that Braaands™ doesn't check, so do this before adopting a brand.

Most designers hold finished work that never went live — self-initiated projects, directions that lost out in a pitch, or rejected client concepts they still hold the rights to. The time to make it is already spent. Selling turns an unused file into income without new client work. Work already delivered to a paying client can't be listed.

Selling is open to PRO and Agency/Studio members whom the Braaands™ team has approved as sellers, and it costs nothing beyond the membership. Sellers can offer any of their own approved submissions and add the missing details, with no second upload. Braaands™ takes no commission. When a membership ends, its listings go offline automatically, except identities already sold. Those stay visible, labelled as sold.

A template is sold repeatedly to many buyers, so the same mark ends up on unrelated businesses. A brand identity here is a full system rather than a single mark, offered by the designer who made it, with the terms of the sale agreed directly with them.
