Braaands™ ("we", "us") is operated by Braaands™ Roman Hajek, Dreihausgasse 9, 1150 Vienna, Austria, and runs braaands.co — a curation and mediation platform where independent designers submit brand identity work for community voting. Braaands™ is not the author or creator of user-submitted content.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and must report any unauthorized use of your account to us. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
By submitting work, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to share it, and you retain ownership of what you submit. You grant Braaands™ the right to display, feature, and promote your submission on the platform, in our email newsletter, and across our social channels. You are responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe any third party's rights, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of this. If a submission is credibly disputed, we may hide or suspend it from public view while we investigate, even before a final decision is made. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected at our discretion. Votes are cast by registered members. Votes from jury members, PRO and Agency/Studio members, and members who had at least one approved submission at the time of voting are combined into a final score used to select Brand of the Day, Brand of the Month, Brand of the Year, and Honorable Mention; votes from other members are displayed separately and do not count toward the score or the vote quorum. We may adjust how votes are weighted and counted as the platform evolves.
You may use AI tools as part of your design process. You may not submit work that clearly imitates, reproduces, or closely resembles an existing brand, design, or other protected work — whether produced with or without AI assistance. We make no guarantees regarding the legal compliance of user-submitted content, and reserve the right to remove any submission that appears to infringe third-party rights. Repeated or clearly substantiated infringement may result in removal of the submission, forfeiture of any awards it received, and suspension or termination of your account.
Under the EU AI Act, you must truthfully declare at upload whether your submission contains AI-generated or AI-modified elements, and select the correct label. This declaration is made by you, the designer, on an honor basis — you are solely responsible for its accuracy, not Braaands™. We may remove a submission or its awards if a declaration turns out to be false.
If you believe a submission infringes your rights, send a takedown request to hello@braaands.co with proof of identity and evidence of ownership. We will review and, where warranted, remove the content. Where a claim is disputed, we give the submitting designer a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision, except where the evidence is clear or the content poses an urgent risk.
Pro and Agency/Studio designers may opt in to receive project inquiries from visitors. If you contact a designer through the site, your message and contact details are forwarded directly to that designer.
PRO and Agency/Studio subscriptions, one-time extra submission purchases, market listing fees, and sponsor slot bookings are billed through external payment providers. Braaands™ does not process or store your payment card details. Subscription fees renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled; one-time fees are non-refundable regardless of the review outcome.
You can permanently delete your account, submissions, votes, and awards at any time from your dashboard. This action is irreversible.
The platform and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The courts of Vienna, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
