I'm an Art Director with 14 years of experience building visual identity and campaign work across advertising agencies, in-house brand teams, and independent projects in Turkey — and I'm now focused on bringing that experience to remote-first creative teams. Over the course of my career I've led 360° visual work for brands at Çocuklar Reklam Ajansı, directed digital and print campaigns for automotive clients at Wire İstanbul, and spent over two years at Doehler Türkiye producing marketing materials and employee-branding work for a global FMCG ingredients company. Since 2025, I've been working as a freelance graphic designer, delivering project-based design and brand identity work directly for client brands — work that depends on the same skills remote teams need most: clear creative direction, tight async communication, and the ability to keep a project's visual identity consistent across many hands and channels. Working remotely isn't new territory for me — much of my career has involved coordinating with clients, printers, and cross-functional marketing teams I rarely saw in person, which has made me comfortable driving creative work through documentation, clear handoffs, and proactive check-ins rather than relying on being in the room. I bring the same rigor to a distributed team: dependable delivery, clean file and version organization, and creative decisions I can explain and defend in writing.
