Braaands™ is a digital platform for the presentation, curation, and mediation of branding and design projects, as well as the offering of selected digital products.

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

  • Account registration & user account:
    Name, email address, login information
  • Newsletter:
    Email address (only with explicit opt-in consent)
  • User content:
    Content voluntarily uploaded to the platform (e.g. brand submissions)
  • Contact requests:
    Information you provide when contacting us via email or forms

This data is required to provide and operate the platform and to communicate with users.

B) Technical Data

As part of the technical operation of the website, the following data may be processed automatically:

  • IP address (in truncated or anonymized form)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of access and visited pages

  • platform security
  • error analysis
  • statistical evaluation to improve our services

These data do not allow direct identification of individual users.

Braaands™ uses Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google.

Google Analytics helps us understand:

  • which content is relevant
  • how we can improve the platform

Please note:

  • IP addresses are automatically anonymized
  • no personal user profiles are created
  • data is evaluated exclusively in aggregated form

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in optimizing our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Emails & Communication

We send emails in the following cases:

  • System and service emails, such as:
    • account notifications
    • messages to Sellers and registered Designers
    • important information related to platform usage

These emails are necessary for using Braaands™.

  • Newsletter emails:
    • sent only with prior explicit consent
    • delivered via Flodesk
    • can be unsubscribed from at any time

There is no automated marketing communication without opt-in consent.

5. Payment Processing

The sale of digital products on Braaands™ is handled exclusively by external payment providers, in particular:

  • LemonSqueezy
  • Gumroad

Braaands™:

  • has no access to payment or credit card data
  • does not store or process any payment information

Payment processing and related data handling are governed by the privacy policies of the respective payment providers.

Braaands™ uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies:
    required for login and core functionality (e.g. Memberstack)
  • Functional cookies:
    to store preferences and settings

  • Memberstack (authentication & user management)

Where applicable, data transfers are safeguarded using EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms.

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

  • Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purposes
  • Users can delete their account independently at any time via their profile settings
  • Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected
