Domo is a mechanic's workshop and auto parts store recognized for the careful and attentive work it has been doing since 2012 in Bahia, Brazil. The father, Mr. Diogenes Mota, and his son, Diogenes Mota Filho, known as Dudi, share a passion for cars, but have different visions about the future of the company. The company's original name, Mundial, was common and not registrable. During the naming process, we came up with the name Domo, which represents integrated care, symbolizing the act of embracing and protecting, aligned with the purpose of offering everything for the car in one place. Mr. Diogenes romanticizes the challenges of the market, while Dudi sees the need for repositioning. Integration meetings helped to overcome resistance, consolidating the process with diagnosis and brand strategy. The challenge was to create an identity that balanced innovation and tradition so as not to alienate the loyal public. We carried out a complete repositioning, highlighting Domo's values. The strategy was improved, providing an optimized experience both in the physical store and on the website, consolidating the new positioning and reaffirming the commitment to excellence.
