YOKŌ is a matcha café brand inspired by the fast pace of city life and the need to slow down. It’s based in Tokyo and made for people who want a moment of calm, without losing the energy. I created a bold, playful visual identity using loud type, soft but relatable illustrations, and a bit of surreal storytelling. From packaging to merch, the goal was to make matcha feel modern, fun, and a little unexpected.
