1. How purchases work

braaands™ showcases templates from independent creators. When you click Buy, you complete the purchase off-site via the creator’s checkout (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or the Framer Marketplace).

  • braaands™ does not process payments for these products.
  • braaands™ does not issue invoices for these products.
  • braaands™ does not grant or manage licenses for these products.

Your contract is with the creator (the seller), not with braaands™.

2. Refunds & Support

Who handles refunds?

Refunds, returns, and support are handled exclusively by the creator, according to their own policy (including eligibility, timelines, and conditions).

Before requesting a refund

Please check:

  • The creator’s refund policy (usually linked on the checkout page and/or in your order confirmation email).
  • Platform-specific help (e.g., Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad order lookup and refund request tools).
  • The product page for a “Contact creator” link or support email.

How to request a refund

  1. Locate your order confirmation email (from Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, Framer Marketplace, or the creator).
  2. Review the refund policy included or linked there.
  3. Contact the creator directly using the support link/email on the product page or your receipt.

What braaands™ can (and cannot) do

  • If a listing on our site appears incorrect, misleading, or the creator is unresponsive after multiple attempts, tell us and we’ll nudge the creator: hello@braaands.co.
  • We cannot approve, deny, or issue refunds, and we cannot override a creator’s policy.

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some purchase links are affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These commissions help fund our work and keep braaands™ running.

4. Copyright & Licensing

Ownership

All third-party templates listed on braaands™ are the intellectual property of their respective creators. By purchasing, you obtain the license the creator provides—not ownership of the underlying IP.

Your license (summary)

Unless the creator’s license says otherwise, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product, in whole or in part.
  • Redesign and resell the product or create a product that is directly competitive with the original licensed asset.
  • Claim the work as your own, remove copyright notices, or use the product in ways that violate applicable law.

Always refer to the specific license terms shown on the creator’s checkout or in the files you receive. If their terms differ from this summary, the creator’s terms control.

Third-party listings & platform role

braaands™ is a curation and listing platform. We do not author, review, or guarantee the originality or non-infringing nature of third-party products. Creators are solely responsible for the content they list, the rights they grant, and any claims related to their products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, braaands™ disclaims liability for:

  • Copyright or license violations by creators or buyers,
  • Inaccurate or incomplete product descriptions provided by creators,
  • Creator support failures or policy disputes.

This disclaimer does not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Reporting copyright concerns (Notice & Takedown)

If you believe a listing on braaands™ infringes your rights, please email hello@braaands.co with:

  • Your full name and contact details,
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed,
  • The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing listing,
  • A brief statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized,
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the listing and notify the creator. We may also request additional information from either party. Repeated or egregious violations may lead to account limitations or removal.

If you are a creator and believe your listing was removed in error, reply to our notice with a counter-statement explaining why the material is not infringing and include any license evidence.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • No warranties (third-party content): braaands™ provides links and listings “as is”. We do not warrant that third-party products will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with any particular software or environment.
  • Limitation of liability: To the extent allowed by law, braaands™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to third-party listings, purchases, or licenses.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
