Sadie Skin is a conceptual skincare branding and packaging project created for a contemporary global beauty audience. The project explores how a skincare brand can balance botanical cues with a modern, playful visual language across both retail and digital environments. I developed the brand identity, packaging system, skincare range and edible skincare concepts, creating a flexible visual framework that could grow across future product launches. A colour-led system helps differentiate product categories while keeping the overall range recognisable as one cohesive brand. Typography, botanical graphics and packaging architecture work together to create consistency across individual SKUs without making them feel repetitive. The identity was also explored beyond the packaging through retail applications, product photography, seasonal marketing concepts and social-first content. These touchpoints helped test how the visual system could adapt across different consumer experiences while maintaining a consistent brand presence. The result is a skincare identity designed to feel approachable, distinctive and scalable with enough flexibility to move between everyday skincare, edible beauty and future brand extensions.
